Light Body Workshop experience



The Light Body workshop will give stressed or anxious creatives a tool to create a better feeling body and mind within the 1.5 hour workshop (yes its possible!)

The Light Body workshop will also guide you how to use art and EFT (emotional freedom technique) to manage and document your physical and mental well being, for better long term management and release of stress, anxiety and burnout.

The Light Body Workshop includes:

*A live and recorded Zoom workshop on Thursday 21 September 8-9:30pm (BST)

*A workbook

What you need:

*A sketchbook or paper, coloured pencils/paint/markers/pastels

  • A quiet space to relax and enjoy the experience 🙂
