The Laughing Visionary is a comprehensive and interactive course with live workshops, a workbook and a community to help take you from anxious to inspired, ALL while building a daily well-being habit.

YOUR HOST

I'm Jessica K Ballantyne but you can call me Jess. I'm an artist and teacher fascinated by the human mind, our ability to heal ourselves and change our lives for the better. I'm the founder of Create Calm Crew, a community for stressed out professionals that want to create more time and space for their mental well-being.

I'm passionate about creating workshops and courses that involve three ingredients:

1. Therapeutic art

2. Laughter Yoga, and

3. 'Visionary' journaling

to help people help themselves to feel better and manifest the life of their dreams in the process:)

WHAT'S IN THE COURSE?

  • 6 live workshops (1-2 hours long, 1 per week)
  • A beautiful workbook and journal of 180 pages
  • Daily email working through the 9 units

THE UNITS

UNIT 1: OBSERVE

Where are you now? Learn to tap into your feelings and your body, to observe where you are now in order to move forward.

UNIT 2: ACCEPT

Through laughter exercises, art and journaling we will learn how to accept where we are now, with love and self-compassion.

UNIT 3: FORGIVE

 Learn cathartic art and journaling practices to forgive yourself and others.

UNIT 4: RELEASE

Release negative thoughts and feelings through laughter yoga, visionary jounaling and therapeutic art. Preparing yourself to be worthy to receive.

UNIT 5: WORTHY

What do you deserve? What don’t you deserve? Learn how to become worthy of your dreams and desires (hint, you already are!)

UNIT 6: GRATITUDE

Make gratitude a daily habit. Exercises for more gratitude and appreciation

UNIT 7: RECEIVE

Many of us have blocks to receiving our good. Learn yours and let them go through therapeutic art and visionary journaling

UNIT 8: LOVE

Fall in love with yourself and with life! Laughter yoga, therapeutic art and jounaling to rediscover the magic in yourself and in life.

UNIT 9: MANIFEST

The last step is manifest. Learn how to use all the practices to manifest the life of your dreams. Imagination is everything!
