The Laughing Visionary is a comprehensive and interactive course with live workshops, a workbook and a community to help take you from anxious to inspired, ALL while building a daily well-being habit.
I'm Jessica K Ballantyne but you can call me Jess. I'm an artist and teacher fascinated by the human mind, our ability to heal ourselves and change our lives for the better. I'm the founder of Create Calm Crew, a community for stressed out professionals that want to create more time and space for their mental well-being.
I'm passionate about creating workshops and courses that involve three ingredients:
1. Therapeutic art
2. Laughter Yoga, and
3. 'Visionary' journaling
to help people help themselves to feel better and manifest the life of their dreams in the process:)
